Opening hours during the Easter holidays

The opening hours of our fitness clubs during the Easter holidays, April 15th and 18th 2022, will be the same as during the weekend. Group lessons will also be available. So, you will not miss your favorite trainings :)

SH´BAM®

SH´BAM® is a dance class consisting of fun and uncomplicated dance movements. The combination of intense and relaxing parts creates interval training, thanks to which the whole lesson is beneficial not only for our body but also for the mind. You will improve the coordination of movements and control of the body, you will improve your condition, you will burn excess calories. You develop flexibility and dance mobility.

Conditions of entry into fitness clubs from 26.02.2022

From Saturday 26.02., you can visit our facilities in the mode BASIC. No confirmation of vaccination or COVID tests is required. Changing rooms, showers and wellness are fully available. We pay attention to maximum comfort and hygienic measures in clubs.
