PILATES REFORMER
Pilates Reformer is a workout performed on a special machine equipped with springs, pulleys, and supports. The classes allow you to:
- precisely engage the deep muscles
- improve posture
- increase flexibility, coordination, and balance
Every movement is controlled and mindful, making the workout effective and safe. After the class, you’ll feel stronger, more flexible, and balanced.
MAT VS. REFORMER
Pilates Mat: exercise on a mat using your own body weight and small props.
Pilates Reformer: uses a machine with springs and guided movement, allowing for deeper muscle engagement and a more intense workout.
The Reformer is also suitable for people with back issues or recovering from injuries, as it is gentle on the joints.
