But what should be our primary motivation to live healthy? Our own health and the ability to enjoy life for as long as possible. Cardiovascular diseases are one of the main causes of premature death in Europe and in the Slovak Republic. The level of risk that one of the heart diseases or strokes will develop in our country is individual for each individual. There are uncontrollable risk factors, such as older age (in men over 55 years and in women over 65 years or 10 years from menopause), the incidence of cardiovascular disease in the family, congenital predispositions to elevated cholesterol levels, etc. However, there are also uncontrollable risk factors, including we include, for example, smoking, overweight, high blood pressure, sedentary lifestyle, mental stress.
In July, Form Factory’s Health Factory project will focus on preventing cardiovascular disease and strengthening the body as a whole through an active approach to exercise and a healthy lifestyle. As part of group lessons, active programs focused on cardio movement are included, and professional trainers are ready to advise those interested in fitness with strength training as part of the development and support of a holistic approach to movement and sports.
Research shows that only 30 minutes of active movement a day is enough: fitness lessons (HIIT, circular training), strength training, running, cycling, swimming, yoga, dancing, martial arts, walking at a faster pace, etc. All possibilities for this training are available in all Form Factory club.
In addition to special lessons, July will also be supplemented with teaching and educational content, which is prepared with fitness instructors and trainers. This, together with professional content, will be available on the online platform fitness.formfactory.sk.
