What are the age restrictions for entry and membership at your fitness clubs?
What should I bring to a workout?

We want all our clients to feel good here. For this reason, and in the interest of the comfort of other clients, we require all our clients to wear clean sports shoes, sportswear and have a towel.

Is it necessary to book a session with a personal trainer?

Yes, we recommend that you arrange an appointment with a personal trainer beforehand to be sure that he/she will have time to spend with you. Personal trainings with our coaches are not included in the membership fee, so they are paid separately.

Do you offer group classes?

Yes, of course They are part of membership or paid as a one-time entry fee. All group exercise enthusiasts are cordially invited to choose from a wide range of exercise programs. All information about these exercises, including the reservation system, can be found on our website.

Is a reservation required for group classes?

The capacity of the studio lessons is limited to ensure the quality of the studio lessons and the comfort of having enough space to perform the exercise for all participants. Participation in the lesson is subject to prior reservation. You can do so on our website.

Clients who sign up for a group lesson and do not attend will be blocked for 5 days (they will not be able to sign up for any group lessons). Access to the fitness center and sauna will not be restricted.

Lesson Cancellations: Lessons can be canceled no later than 2 hours before the start time through the client zone or mobile application. Cancellations by phone or email after this time will not be accepted.

Break Between Lessons: The break between lessons has been extended to 15 minutes to allow instructors to take attendance.

Punctuality: We request all members to be punctual. Please do not disrupt a lesson with a late arrival.

Do you accept Multisport cards?

Yes, we accept all types of Multisport cards (standard silver, FKSP, and student cards). Please note that if you have a student card and are under 15 years old, you must train with a coach.

How much does membership at Form Factory cost?

We have several types of memberships that allow access to the fitness club. You can find the basic types of memberships we offer on our website.

What documents do I need to sign the contract?

You can buy membership on-line or at the reception at one of our clubs. In order to activate the membership agreement, it is necessary to have an ID card and a credit or debit card to pay for the membership.

Can I share my membership card with someone else (friend, partner, etc.)?

Membership in our clubs is based on a contract for a specific person. Therefore, it isn’t possible to allow someone else to access the club based on your membership. However, you can bring those interested with you. The club will be happy to show them around and offer the possibility of a favourable membership so that they can also enjoy the services of our fitness centres.

Can I purchase my membership online?

Yes, of course. Most of our membership can be purchased on-line. Choose the membership that suits you best and see if you can buy it on-line.

My personal details in the contract have changed, where can I report the change?

Changes or corrections of personal data can be reported in person at the club or by logging into the client zone on our website.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

The contract can be terminated according to the conditions defined within the membership you have purchased.

  • Upon termination of the membership, the client is required to pay all fees related to the termination, including any applicable notice period and penalties.
  • EASY (FLEXI) Membership can be terminated after at least one full month of active membership, with a 1-month notice period. The termination request must be submitted in writing, no later than the last day of the month. The notice period begins on the 1st day of the following month.
  • PRO Membership (fixed-term – 12 months) can be terminated early upon payment of a contractual penalty (termination fee) and with a 1-month notice period. The termination request must also be submitted no later than the last day of the month.
  • FREEZ (temporary suspension of membership) requests must be submitted by the 20th day of the month. Please note: this deadline applies only to freezing the membership, not to its termination.
  • In the case of switching to a MultiSport card, the client is not required to pay any fee. A confirmation of the switch must be provided.
    In the case of health reasons or pregnancy, the membership can be terminated without fees upon submission of the necessary documentation (e.g. a medical report).
How do I terminate my contract?

The notice must be given in writing at the Form Factory club, or by using the termination form that can be found on our website under Documents and forms.
