Whether you’re experienced with yoga, a beginner, or looking for an activity to complement your routine, BODYBALANCE® will enhance your mind, body, and life.

BODYCOMBAT®

BODYCOMBAT® is a dynamic workout inspired by martial arts, set to motivational and empowering music. Strengthen your body with kicks and punches, improve your fitness level, and build phenomenal core strength. BODYCOMBAT® is a non-contact class where an instructor guides and motivates you through each round, helping you push beyond your limits. Les Mills choreographies are pre-designed, making it easy for both beginners and advanced participants to follow the class structure. The choreography and music change every three months.

BODYJAM®

BODYJAM® is a dance workout that combines energetic choreography with the latest music from around the world, delivering an unbeatable dance experience. With simple tracks in House, Latin, and Hip-Hop styles, followed by two longer and more intense dance blocks, you’ll feel like you’re in one of those dance videos you love to watch. BODYJAM® is a high-energy cardio workout. Les Mills choreographies are pre-designed, allowing both beginners and advanced participants to easily follow the class structure. The choreography and music change every three months.

LES MILLS GRIT® CARDIO

Start with one GRIT session per week, gradually working up to two for optimal results. As a high-intensity workout, GRIT Cardio focuses on speed and intensity with bodyweight exercises to burn fat quickly and improve cardiovascular fitness.
