Body Workout
This cardio-strength workout primarily uses body weight but also incorporates equipment like bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells. The session begins with dynamic stretching to warm up muscles and joints, followed by a cardio segment that raises the heart rate to initiate fat burning. Next, the workout focuses on strengthening the lower body, upper body, abs, and finally arms and back. The session concludes with static stretching for a thorough cool-down.
BODYART
Body Art is inspired by the concept of Yin and Yang—two forces that attract and balance each other. The goal is for you to feel a sense of harmony after the session.

BODYCOMBAT® is a non-contact class where an instructor guides and motivates you through each round, helping you push beyond your limits. BODYPUMP® is a music-driven strength training workout that challenges you and builds your strength. You’ll work all the major muscle groups using a barbell with light to moderate weights. Guided by the music, the instructor will lead you through a safe workout, providing extra motivation to achieve faster results than you would on your own. BOOTY BOOSTER
Do you dream of sculpted glutes and toned legs? Are you looking to achieve a firmer, more beautiful lower body? This class is perfect for you! Reach your goals for both the functionality and aesthetics of your lower body. We’ll focus on shaping, strengthening, and toning the legs and glutes using dumbbells, resistance bands, steppers, and other equipment.

DEEPWORK®
DEEPWORK® is an athletic, intense, and unique exercise program, unlike any known training concept—a five-element workout filled with energy! This pure functional group training requires no equipment and combines the mental and physical contrasts of functional training. It’s a cardiovascular, full-body workout based on the principle of polarization (yin and yang), with each movement balancing tension and relaxation. Throughout the workout, dynamic movements alternate with static holds.
Functional Training
Functional training enhances the strength, stability, and mobility you need for everyday life or sports. It involves exercises that improve your fitness in fundamental movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, and rotating, helping you achieve your goals safely and maintain good health.
Healthy Back
This class focuses on correcting muscle imbalances that lead to back pain. You’ll work on strengthening the deep stabilizing system and perform exercises for stretching, relaxation, and breathing. Various aids are used, including overballs, gym balls, massage balls, and resistance bands.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is based on the original concepts of traditional Hatha yoga, blending the slower pace of practice with respect for anatomical differences and connections to traditional Chinese medicine. Defined by longer holds (two to five minutes), Yin Yoga was originally used to prepare the body for extended meditation sessions. Modern research confirms that connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia, bones, and joints) respond best to slow, gradual, and sustained load, becoming longer and stronger. Yin Yoga has numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits, making it ideal for back pain relief and general wellness. Power Yoga
Power Yoga is an excellent way to learn proper breathing, improve posture, correct muscle imbalances, and learn to release and feel your muscles. Mobility & Stretch Class
The Mobility & Stretch class focuses on improving flexibility, range of motion, and overall body mobility. This class is ideal for all fitness levels and is often used as a supplement to other training forms to boost performance and prevent injuries.
LES MILLS TONE™
LES MILLS TONE™ offers an optimal combination of strength, cardio, and core training, all within a 30-, 45-, or 55-minute session. This challenging mix of functional training, including squats and lunges, is combined with resistance band and light weight exercises to elevate your heart rate and take your workout to the next level. LES MILLS TONE™ provides options for all fitness levels, making it effective for everyone, regardless of their training history. With simple choreography, you’ll experience a sense of achievement and maximum control!
LES MILLS GRIT® STRENGTH
Starting with one session per week and working up to two, GRIT Strength is intense and should be complemented by moderate-intensity exercises for best results.

LES MILLS GRIT® ATHLETIC
If you’re new to LES MILLS GRIT®, it’s recommended to start with one session per week and gradually increase to two (maximum) to achieve visible results. Remember, HIIT is intense, and your body needs time to recover. LES MILLS GRIT® is best used as a supplement to moderate-intensity fitness exercises.
