BODYART
Body Art is inspired by the concept of Yin and Yang—two forces that attract and balance each other. The goal is for you to feel a sense of harmony after the session.
BODYPUMP®
BODYPUMP® is a music-driven strength training workout that challenges you and builds your strength. You’ll work all the major muscle groups using a barbell with light to moderate weights. Guided by the music, the instructor will lead you through a safe workout, providing extra motivation to achieve faster results than you would on your own. Les Mills choreographies are pre-designed, making it easy for both beginners and advanced participants to follow the class structure. The choreography and music change every three months.
JUMPING®
Jumping® is a dynamic fitness activity performed on specially designed PROFI trampolines. It combines fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints, strength elements, and balance for a comprehensive cardio workout. Jumping® benefits cardiovascular health, increases lung capacity, and enhances endurance. It’s perfect for body toning without complex choreography. The trampoline exercises are joint- and spine-friendly, offering calming effects on the nervous system. With fun movements, motivating music, and endorphin-boosting exercises, Jumping® is a feel-good workout.
Circuit Training
This high-intensity workout is both engaging and effective. Circuit training develops physical fitness, speed, strength, and coordination through various exercises that use body weight or equipment. It consists of intervals with short rest breaks, keeping you challenged and engaged.
Power Yoga
Power Yoga is an excellent way to learn proper breathing, improve posture, correct muscle imbalances, and learn to release and feel your muscles. Through various yoga elements, Power Yoga helps strengthen and tone the body, leaving you with a more relaxed mind and a feeling of self-satisfaction. With regular practice, your muscles will become more flexible, firm, and well-shaped.
LES MILLS GRIT® STRENGTH
